"I worked with two realtors. Marcia Pessanha was the seller' s agent, but she ended up doing basically the work of both buyer, and seller' s agent, due to her superior short sale knowledge. She was very nice, and pleasant! I was a first time buyer, having to deal with the challenges of a time-consuming short sale. Meanwhile, I was being pressured by my landlord, who wanted to know my moving date. Marcia Pessanha, on the other hand, was working hard, contacting the bank unceasingly.
